How does the Career Coach process work?

We provide a customized and personalized approach to Career Coaching. The process of working with TalentbySP varies depending on your individual needs. Here's a general outline on what you can expect from the process: initial assessment, goal setting, action planning, resume and profile review, job search strategies, interview preparation, networking guidance, progress review and accountability, and skills development.

How can I collaborate with my Career Coach?

Collaboration between a client and their career coach is crucial for achieving the best results. Here are a few recommendations to maximize the benefits of your coaching experience:
Open and honest communication: Be open about your career goals, challenges, concerns, and aspirations. Share relevant information about your background, skills, and experiences so we can provide tailored guidance.
Actively participate: Take an active role in the coaching process. Engage in discussions, ask questions, and provide feedback to ensure the coaching sessions are focused on areas that matter most to you.
Follow through on action steps: Implement the action steps and strategies discussed during coaching sessions. Consistency is key, consistent effort and commitment on your part are essential for achieving your career goals.
Be patient: Achieving career goals takes time and effort. Understand that progress might not always be linear, and setbacks are a natural part of the journey. Stay patient and committed.
Be open to trying new approaches: Your career coach might suggest different strategies or approaches that you haven't considered before. Be open to trying new methods, even if they take you out of your comfort zone.
Take notes: During coaching sessions, take notes on key points, action steps, and strategies discussed. These notes can serve as a helpful reference between sessions.

How does the guarantee work?

If you have not received a phone screen or job interview request within ninety (90) days of receiving your final resume, we will rewrite your resume one time free of charge, provided you notify us in writing within ninety (90) days of receiving your final copy.
The terms of the guarantee:
- You must have sent our final, customized resume to at least 30 companies.
- Your request must be submitted in writing to info@talentbysp.com within 90 days of receiving your final resume.
- You must include 3 examples of job descriptions to which you have applied and any revisions you have made to your resume from the final version we delivered.

What is your refund policy?

We provide career coaching and talent acquisition consultancy services. All sales are final. There is no trial or grace period after purchasing any service. We will work with you throughout the project’s period until you are satisfied with your services. As a result, there are no refunds once the service has been purchased.
